2. Payment Terms

We accept the following payment methods:

Cash on Delivery (COD)
Direct Bank Transfer
Cheque Payment

All payments must be made in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams). Orders will be processed only after payment confirmation (except COD).

3. Pricing & Availability

Prices are listed in AED and include VAT (if applicable).
We reserve the right to modify prices, discounts, or promotions without prior notice.
Product availability is subject to change based on stock levels.

4. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an email or SMS confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across Dubai and other Emirates in the UAE.
Delivery timeframes will be communicated during checkout.
Customers must provide accurate delivery details; we are not responsible for delays due to incorrect information.

6. Returns & Replacements

Defective or damaged products can be replaced or refunded (refer to our Return Policy).
Products must be returned in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with jurisdiction limited to Dubai courts.
